Engineer<\/strong> to join our professional team within the <strong>Diagnostics Department<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their career within a leading healthcare and diagnostics organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide on-site technical support, including equipment repairs, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and servicing.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute the installation, setup, and commissioning of new diagnostic equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Identify customer needs, provide tailored technical solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate product updates, service notifications, and technical information to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Attend specialised product training seminars locally and abroad to continuously expand technical knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with international principals and local partners to resolve technical issues and remain updated on product developments.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Diagnostics Department\u2019s commercial activities by providing scientific expertise, technical guidance, and customer-focused solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Diagnostics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate should have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University Degree, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>A proactive, self-motivated, and dynamic personality.<\/li>\n<li>Strong teamwork skills with the ability to deliver results independently.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>A passion for providing outstanding customer service.<\/li>\n<li>A professional attitude, integrity, and a strong work ethic.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<li>Good computer literacy skills.<\/li>\n<li>A valid Cypriot driving licence.<\/li>\n<li>Previous relevant experience will be considered an
