The Position:
We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee procurement processes.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support multiple departments with administrative functions.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Greek
