The Position:

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
  • Maintain office supplies and oversee procurement processes.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support multiple departments with administrative functions.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Greek
