Medical Representative
Varnavas Hadjipanayis Ltd (VHP) is expanding its operations and is seeking to recruit a Medical Representative to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and providing high-quality scientific support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals by providing scientific information and support within an assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to present and detail the company’s product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering scientific support and information about pharmaceutical products.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and therapeutic areas relevant to the portfolio.
- Analyze the market, monitor competitors’ activities, and identify business opportunities.
- Participate in scientific conferences, exhibitions, and training seminars to enhance professional development.
- Maintain a professional image and act as a Company Ambassador.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of visits, activities, and results.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Dietetics, or other Life Sciences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, will be considered.
- Dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused personality.
- Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).
- Computer proficiency.
- Valid Cypriot driving license.
