The position:
The successful candidate will promote Company’s pharmaceutical products with emphasis in Oncology, Hematology and Rare Diseases portfolio of Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine and educate Health Care Professionals on the products’ scientific data in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical products within your portfolio.
- Actively participate in creating and managing product strategy
- Conduct regular visits with healthcare professionals to communicate product scientific information’s
- Increase brand awareness and build a strong relationship with stakeholders
- Participate actively in setting sales targets, tracking performance, and preparing related reports and presentations
- Lead the implementation of wide range of promotional activities in the respective therapeutic areas
- Ensure full compliance with applicable national regulations, internal policies, and business codes
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Biology, or any other related life science degree.
- Passionate, persuasive, and resilient.
- Ability to work under pressure with resilience, adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a competitive drive, and a work ethic conducive to success
- Fluency in Greek and English, both verbally and written
- Computer literate with a passion for technology
- A valid Cypriot driving license
Remuneration:
An attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The package includes a 13th salary, participation in a provident fund, and a performance-based bonus aligned with KPIs.
